Please first make sure that you are logged in on your device with the same Amazon account you used for purchase. Also please log in with your Facebook account, if you have one (you will see your name instead of "My account" button in the right upper corner). You can restore all the paid packs: My account -> Packs -> Restore all paid downloads to restore Gold Pack or All inclusive, or tap on each pack to restore it.

Purchased Blooming Bouquet on 5/15/15 but it doesn't appear in my puzzles. Tried restoring purchases but it doesn't work! Will not be purchasing anything else. Very disappointed. Really enjoyed the puzzles.

Unfortunately currently you can sync your data only between devices with the same OS.
Dear Stuart, currently it's impossible to transfer data from Android to Windows or to IOS and vice versa. We're planning to make a cross-platform transferring in a few weeks.
I purchased the gold deal and none of the puzzles are showing up. Won't let me repurchase and when I click on restore purchases it tells me I have none.

Sad thing is...My problem isn't retrieving paid packs. No, my problem is seemingly much simpler than this, yet it appears not. All I wanted to know is, why can't I get back the puzzles I completed, over 100 or so, that I did on one Kindle when I had to transfer to another Kindle (exact same kindle btw) coming from the same account, same Operating System, same everything. Why should I have to start my puzzles all over again, if everything but the kindle is still the same? And yes, I was still able to download my paid packs although a few of them got 'lost' I imagine, bc they're not there, but one problem at a time as this company only seems to be able to handle one thing at a time.
Actually, yes I do have missing paid packs...I don't have my castles, Victory day, Panama,????...Now what???...I too sunk loads of money into this app...You all need to make things right with your customers and not hide between the so called 'Language Barrier'.
I updated the app and I still have no access to the 3 packs included in the Gold Deal I purchased.

It took several tries but this finally worked to restore all my puzzles. The problem is that they were restored without any of the puzzles showing as completed. This problem needs to be resolved.
I am unable to restore puzzle packs I purchased on my old Kindle Fire. When I start Magic Puzzles on the old Kindle Fire, the packs come up, but I cannot get them to register on the new one. Packs on both machines were purchased with the same Amazon account.
Additionally, the missing packs no longer appear in the store, so I cannot "repurchase" them for free as has been suggested.
I cannot seem to restore my purchase packs either :( my Kindle had to restored, and my Amazon account shows I bought the 4·99 pack but unable to 're-purchase??
It does keep telling me I bought the gold pack, yet I am getting ads and cannot access those puzzles?? Please help.

By the way...You there in C/S, rewrite your instructions on how to retrieve ALL games, Stats etc for the games that I've purchased and played so I can get them on the new Kindle I must buy since the one I currently use is dying...Please don't let me down. I can't even do the first step as I have no "my account" option on the menu bar. I have the most current update.
Not everybody is on facebook! God forbid! Again, not allowed to restore on Kindle it not. Fix this problem. I have paid for these puzzles, should be able to access and restore!
