How to update the app?

 

You may visit this page and update the app from there.

Or use one of the methods described below.

NOTE: If you lost your Gold pack or All inclusive account, please restore the item using Restore all paid downloads button in My account section and then reopen the app.

In order to restore the paid packs please make sure you're logged in with the same Amazon account you used, open the app -> My account -> Packs -> tap on the pack you would like to restore.

 If you can't enter your password or have another issues connected with your device/account, please contact Amazon support team.

You may also reinstall the app and restore your purchases, but please note, that your stats, started, completed and created puzzles will be wiped out. You may also lose free packs (if you were not logged in with Facebook) - we'll be able to add them to you later, if you are logged in the app Magic Puzzles with your Facebook account.


Method 1: Updating Apps on the Kindle Fire

1. Power on your Kindle Fire HD and tap on the “Apps” tab at the top of the screen.

2. Tap on “Store” at the top right, then tap on the “Menu” icon at the bottom of your screen. The Menu icon features three horizontal lines inside a box.       

3.If using a newer model of the Kindle Fire, the Menu icon may be located at the top left or bottom right of your screen.


4. Tap on “App Updates” displayed at the bottom of your screen. A list of all apps requiring updates will display on-screen.
     
5. Tap on “Update” to the right of each app want updated. Your Kindle Fire will take a few moments to update all the apps you selected.
     

Method 2: Updating Apps on the Kindle Fire HD

1. Power on your Kindle Fire HD and tap on the “Apps” tab at the top of the screen.
     
2.  Tap on “Store” at the top right, then tap on the “Menu” icon at the bottom of your screen. The Menu icon features three horizontal lines inside a box.
     
3. Tap on “My Apps,” then tap on “Update Available.” A list of all apps requiring updates will display on-screen.
     
4. Tap on “Update” next to each application you want updated. Your Kindle Fire HD will take a few moments to update all the apps you selected.

    I have done what the instructions said and kindle keeps saying no updates are available. Now what?

    My old version isn't even running, and nothing is working. Also wondering why I would need to sign in on Facebook to save everything should something go wrong?

    I too have done all the above instructions several times
    All I get is the same as Au19031 & Jessica Richards,
    "NO UPDATES AVCAILABLE"

    I have finaly got my program reinstalled
    BUT
    I do not have my puzzels
    and using
    Tap on “My Apps,” then tap on “Update Available.”
    Still says "NO UPDATES AVCAILABLE"
    Now what?
    Please help!!!

    Here is the easy solution: while trying to open the app, click on the "About" menu item. You'll see icons for Facebook, email, Twitter, and an icon of little stars. Click on the stars and it will open up the Magic Puzzles entry in the AppStore. Click on the Orange Update button and Bob's your uncle.

    Search for the game in the app store and it will tell you to update

    I found the only way I could get my game updated was by opening the app, clicking on the about button (i), then clicking on the button on the right with the stars, then clicking the update button. The game opens but doesn't have a play button, you just tap the page and it will go to your puzzles. By doing it this way, I was able to keep all my puzzles. Make sure whatever way you use, you only click an update button.

    Did the update. Still can't buy puzzles. After a short while (maybe 20-30 seconds) after going to puzzle shop, app crashes.

    Your whole app stinks, the puzzles are juvenile and the app is too touchy. A mere accident of the screen and the app disappears... let's get it up to date like the Titan puzzles. Waiting for correctios

    How long is the all inclusive package good for......
